XPK77 Terms and Conditions —
What You Agree to When Using the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the xpk77 online gaming platform, accessible at xpk77.onl. xpk77 provides an online entertainment service offering live casino games, sports betting (including cricket, PSL, football and esports), fish games, bingo and a range of other gaming options, all denominated and transacted in PKR for Pakistan players.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use xpk77, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on xpk77 are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. Available methods are shown in your account at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day, and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed in the deposit and withdrawal sections of your xpk77 account.

Deposits made using JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically reflected in your xpk77 balance within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing times. xpk77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. xpk77 may request verification of your identity and payment method before releasing a withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are shown at the time of request.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

xpk77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers and VIP tier promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.

The following general rules apply to all xpk77 bonuses unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is shown in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period — if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from your account.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless specific terms for a promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• xpk77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify bonus terms or remove a bonus from an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.
• Players must not attempt to extract bonus value through techniques designed to minimise risk to the required wagering amount — such as hedging bets across outcomes on the same event.

Specific promotions tied to cricket events, PSL matches, T20 tournaments or other sporting occasions will have additional terms communicated alongside the promotional announcement. These may include restrictions on which markets count toward wagering requirements.

5. Gaming Rules

All games available on xpk77 — including live casino, sports betting, fish games, bingo and the game lobby — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understand the applicable rules.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live event results as applicable. xpk77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Sports betting results are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body.

In the event of a technical error, system failure or game malfunction that results in an incorrect display or payout, xpk77 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the stake to the player's account. Winnings resulting from a technical malfunction that clearly deviates from normal game operation are not valid.

For sports betting, bets are accepted up to the point when the relevant market closes. Late bets placed after a market has closed — including in-play markets — will be voided and stakes returned. xpk77 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at any time without notice.

6. VIP Loyalty Programme

The xpk77 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Loyalty points accumulate automatically as you play across all game types on the platform. The point thresholds required for each tier and the specific benefits associated with each level are set out on the VIP page.

VIP tier benefits may include enhanced deposit bonuses, faster PKR withdrawal processing, access to VIP-exclusive game rooms, dedicated account support at Diamond level and special promotional offers during major events such as PSL.

xpk77 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits and the point-earning rate with reasonable notice. Loyalty points are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be directly redeemed for PKR unless a specific redemption mechanism is made available under a time-limited promotion.

VIP status may be reviewed periodically. In cases of prolonged inactivity, tier level may be adjusted downward in line with the activity requirements communicated in the VIP programme details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xpk77 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potentially being reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots or any mechanical or electronic device to assist in placing bets or playing games.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or any form of fraud affecting game outcomes.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or making deposits using funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Exploiting bonuses through coordinated play across multiple accounts or through systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to clear wagering requirements without genuine game participation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the xpk77 platform or accessing systems without authorisation.
• Providing false identity information or attempting to circumvent identity verification procedures.

8. Privacy and Data

xpk77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Data collected includes registration information, transaction records, game activity and device/connection information. This data is used to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, communicate with you about your account and comply with anti-fraud obligations.

xpk77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services as required to operate the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

xpk77 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation at all times.

xpk77 is not liable for losses arising from: network outages or connectivity issues outside our control; delays caused by third-party payment processors; device or browser incompatibility; or any technical failure that causes a game to be unavailable during a period when you wished to play.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xpk77's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

10. Account Termination

You may close your xpk77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned upon closure.

xpk77 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, attempted hacking or any other conduct that violates these terms or poses a risk to the platform or other players.

In cases where the account closure is initiated by xpk77 due to a confirmed breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

11. Responsible Gaming

xpk77 is an adult entertainment platform and takes its responsibility toward player welfare seriously. Gaming should remain an enjoyable activity that fits comfortably within your personal budget and time. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be treated as one.
